Speed to lead automation that answers every form in under a minute

When someone fills your form, they are usually filling a few others too. This system texts them back in seconds, asks two questions about the job and books a call while they are still interested. It is in pilot for home services and local businesses.

What this looks like today

A lead comes in while you are on a job, with your hands full. You see it hours later, call back, and hear they already hired someone who answered first.

When you do reach people quickly, half the calls are with leads who were never a fit. You spend the evening chasing names in a spreadsheet and still cannot tell which ones matter. The good leads and the tire kickers look the same until you have already spent the time.

How the system handles it

  1. 01

The form comes in and the clock starts

A lead fills the form on your website or from an ad. From that moment, the system is working on it.

  2. 02

    A personal reply in seconds

A short text goes out right away with two questions about the job. For example: is this for this year, and roughly what budget are you thinking?

  3. 03

    It scores the answers

The replies are read and scored against what a good job looks like for your business, not a generic checklist.

  4. 04

Good leads get a time on your calendar

A call is booked in an open slot, with a confirmation and a reminder, so the lead moves from New to Booked.

  5. 05

    Everything lands in your CRM

Every lead, reply and booking is logged in your CRM, so nothing lives only in someone's phone. If a step fails, we are alerted and it is retried or handed to a person.

What stays with you

  • You define what a good job looks like, and that is what the scoring follows.
  • You take the call. The system books it and puts the lead's answers in front of you, but the conversation is yours.
  • Anyone who opted out is never texted again. That rule is enforced in code, outside the model.
  • Anything unusual in a reply waits for you instead of getting an automatic answer.

What it connects to
