  • Guardrails: Never quotes below your price floor. Never messages anyone who opted out. Your rules live in code, outside the model, so a prompt cannot talk past them. Each agent only gets the access its job needs.
  • Human review: Refunds, discounts and anything unusual wait for your approval. You decide where the line sits, and you can move it later. The full history comes with every request, so you decide fast.
  • Monitoring: Every action is logged. If a step fails, we're alerted and it's retried or handed to a person. You get a monthly report of what the system handled and what it escalated. Logs show what came in, what was decided and why.
