Shopify product research automation, from trend to payout

Finding what to sell next usually ends with a list of ideas and a lot of manual work. This system scores each idea on real market signals, writes the listing, publishes it to your store and tracks the order through to payout. It runs on the same loop as DrChop, our own product.

What this looks like today

You spend days deciding what to test: checking search interest, comparing competitor prices, calling suppliers. By the time a product is live, the trend has often moved on.

Then comes the repetitive part. The same checks, the same listing structure, the same image fixes, product after product. Once orders come in, it is hard to see which products actually made money.

How the system handles it

  1. 01

Every idea is scored on five signals

Search demand, competitor price, supplier speed, listing quality and price sensitivity are scored for each product idea.

  2. 02

Products above your threshold move on

Ideas that clear the threshold you set are approved automatically. Anything close to the line waits for you.

  3. 03

    A supplier is matched

A supplier is chosen on price, shipping time and reliability for your market.

  4. 04

The listing is written and published

Title, description and tags are written for search, images are cleaned up to match your store, and the listing goes live with price, variants and inventory set.

  5. 05

    Orders flow to fulfillment

When a customer buys, the order goes to the supplier and the tracking number goes back to the customer.

  6. 06

    Payouts are reported per product

Revenue, costs and margin are reported for each product, so the next round of scoring learns from what actually sold.

What you approve

  • The threshold. You set the score a product needs to move on by itself, and you can change it at any time.
  • Borderline products. Anything close to the line waits for your call.
  • Refunds and discounts for customers wait for your approval.
  • Store access. Each agent only gets the access its job needs.
