Clinical assessments made digital, adapted to each culture.

Scanned forms, invoices and PDFs hold data your software cannot use until someone retypes it. This system reads them, structures every field and flags anything unclear for a person before it goes into your system. It grew out of Wayloom, our work on digital clinical assessments, which is in the research stage.
Paper keeps arriving: intake forms, invoices, signed documents, photos taken on a phone. Someone on your team reads each one and types it into another system, line by line.
Retyping is slow, and small mistakes slip through. A wrong total or a misread checkbox only shows up later, when it is harder to fix. The data also sits in folders, so it is hard to search, hard to report on and hard to compare over time.
01
A scanned form, a phone photo or a PDF is uploaded. Nothing has to be retyped.
02
Text, checkboxes and handwriting are read, and each field is checked for confidence.
03
Low-confidence values are marked for a person to check. For example, an invoice total that is hard to read is flagged before anything is sent.
04
Each question and answer becomes a typed item that software can search, score and compare over time.
05
Once checked, the data goes to your records system or accounting, in the format they expect.
06
When the same form comes back later, for example a follow-up assessment, it can be compared with the earlier one, so change over time is easy to see.
